The DOD, UFOs & COVID-19

Yesterday, the US Department of Defense released three Navy videos depicting UFOs (Unidentified Flying Objects). These are the same videos that were released in 2017 by Tom DeLonge, co-founder and former band member of Blink-182. But why now? Why three years later, in the middle of a worldwide pandemic?

When it comes to UFOs, there seem to be more theories than one can count, and these three videos are no different. In and outside of the paranormal community, there is a conspiracy theory about COVID-19 and the UFOs. To summarize, the conspiracy theory states that the virus, COVID-19, was released knowing that a pandemic would ensue. The reactions by countries, governments, and everyday citizens would be carefully analyzed to determine how the world would react should an official government acknowledgment of alien visitors be announced.

One must ponder why the DOD decided to release these videos as “unclassified” on April 27, 2020, right smack in the middle of a pandemic that is slowly destroying the world’s economy.

I am an avid podcast listener, but I have not yet listened to any podcasts since yesterday’s release. I’m pretty sure many shows are saying the un-classification and publication of the Navy’s video by the DOD is a prelude to an imminent alien disclosure by our government.

The secret atmosphere of our government’s interest in UFOs has always fueled the flames of conspiracy, but what if the videos have absolutely nothing to do with aliens as this conspiracy suggests?

Friday mornings are when the US Government does its press dump. It releases information to the press on the slowest news day of the week. Sometimes there is essential information in this dump that is deliberately released on Fridays to slow its impact in newsrooms. However, in the current virus atmosphere, a Friday dump could be on any day of the week, as the world is focused almost exclusively on COVID-19.

The videos were not “declassified,” instead, they were “unclassified,” which does make a difference. Why may you ask? Well, I don’t think it would be right for me to speculate, I would leave that up to the DOD to answer.

Could these videos show proof of aliens that are on our planet? Yes, they could. However, one could also theorize that the UFOs are secret US military aircraft, and yesterday’s DOD release could be a way to let hostile foreign governments know that the US is still the world’s greatest military superpower, even during a worldwide pandemic.

My point is unless the Department of Defense acknowledges what these unidentified flying objects are, or a whistleblower comes forward with definitive proof, then every explanation is only speculation.
